Do you remember the moment you realized your fiance was proposing?

In an instant, your day went from "la di da" to "OMG IT'S HAPPENING."

Suddenly your body became weightless, almost as if you were flying. Your heart went from pitter patter to pound pound pound. Your mouth felt dry. You realized the entire course of your life was about to change. In that moment, time stood still.

And then, you blacked out.

Metaphorically speaking (of course.)

And when you came to, you couldn't remember exactly what they said, but you wished you could get the transcript. One thing you knew for sure is that you said yes. And then it was time to pop the bubbly and start planning your wedding.

If you're reading this right now (and I happen to know you are) you're probably looking for a photographer for your upcoming wedding.

You know you need one, but do you know why it's so important?

What nobody tells you about your wedding day, is that you will black out

Metaphorically speaking (we hope.)

The day goes by fast, but there are so many priceless jewels packed into every second. That moment he sees you for the first time in your wedding dress. That moment you're pronounced a married couple, sealed with a kiss. That moment you're announced as you walk into your reception (to wild cheers from your family, friends, and die-hard fans).

At the end of the night, exhausted but blissfully happy, you'll lay your head down on your pillow and sigh, "that was the best day ever."

And when you wake up from the dream that was your wedding day, rubbing open your newlywed eyes with a broad smile, the first thing you'll want to see is me right there standing over you. Ok, so maybe the first person you'll want to see is your new spouse. But the second person, is me.

Because you just had the best day of your life, and this time the one thing you know for sure is that you never want to forget a moment of it.

With a wink and a sly smile I'll say "I gotchu, girl."

And just like that, you'll remember everything.

At heart, I'm a storyteller. I see each photo as a work of art and an integral part of your story. I want to capture your real self, not your pose-y self, so that when you look back at your photos 5, 10, 15, or 30 years from now, they remind you of exactly how you felt in that moment. That's what makes photos timeless--timeless photos make it seem like time is standing still. A photo lets you stand in that moment all over again.

I'm also a yogi, a bookworm, a hiker, a Love is Blind enthusiast, a traveler (36 countries and counting), an Outlander devotee, an artist, a wife, and a dog mom.

I'm based in Evergreen, Colorado and I've photographed weddings all over the country.

My work has been described as timeless, natural, and candid has been featured in BRIDES, Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, Wisconsin Bride and more.

I believe that each and every person is uniquely beautiful in their own way.  And it's my job to capture your unique "je ne sais quoi" essence. I find inspiration from French photographer Robert Doisneau, the Vogue Weddings Book, and Jackie and JFK's wedding photos.  Also nature. Architecture. Laughter. Tears. Truth. And always, always, light

I make timeless photos for super fun couples who appreciate art. Love is love.
